Care Level: Intermediate

Maximum Length: 10″

Range: Eastern Central Pacific: southern tip of Baja California, Mexico; also from Clarion, and the Revillagigedo Group off the western coast of Mexico and from Clipperton Island.

Temperament: Semi-Aggressive

Diet: Omnivore. We recommend LRS Fish Frenzy, LRS Reef Frenzy, LRS Premium Seaweed, TLF seaweeds, PE Mysis, and high quality meaty frozen and dried foods.

Coral Tank Compatibility: Safe with some soft corals/ mushrooms/ polyps.  Will nip at SPS corals, LPS corals, and Tridacna species clam mantles.

Aquarium Size: 180 gallons or greater.

Notes: All fish are captive bred.  Upon arrival, they receive a 3 week or greater quarantine.  They are not shipped out immediately.  Currently it takes 6-8 weeks to acquire specimens.
